I stayed three nights at Spire Yale Wrexham, having a Hip replacement operation. All the staff were efficient, friendly and approachable and I have no hesitation in recommending Spire Yale Wrexham.
would recommend the care i received
Very disorganised I paid privately. My initial op was cancelled due to covid. I got a new date confirmed by phone only to be told a day later I could not go on that date. Letter arrived with original date of admission given over the phone. I queried this and was told to
Ignore it and a new letter would arrive with new date. It never arrived. Pre op call received and arranged. Only to be told they now had no beds. Isolation was changed from 14 days to 3 days No one in their Admin Department seemed to know what was happening. Still waiting for a new date!
Being a private hospital you would expect excellent service and it was, VERY.
All the staff I spoke to were very kind and professional. Thank you to all those ladies who put up with me!!
The care was excellent from everyone. The medical staff domestics cleaners they are an excellent friendly highly effecient team.
Fantastic team and very good caring before and after operations. Theatre staff are excellent.
Mr Muthu Ganapathi is an extremely skilful and competent surgeon.
I have recommended him to all my retired friends and to the Pilates class I attend.
I think we are very fortunate to have a surgeon of his quality in this area.
Big shout to all staff, pre and post surgery, what a fantastic group of people! From front of desk straight through to cleaning staff made to feel welcome, from start to finish! Care was next to none, patient first every time, nothing was too much trouble! Thanks for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable! See you in 2019 .
Totally amazing treatment, care from a truly caring team of Doctors and Nurses
They were attentive, always available to hear my concerns and fears.
The care I received was second to none both as an inpatient and later as an outpatient.
I have no problem in highly recommending the Spire in Wrexham
Wife attended there to confirm a diagnosis of plantar fasciitis. After paying nearly a £1000 in 2 consultations an MRI and an ultra sound they wanted to charge my wife approx £350 for a guided ultrasound cortisone injection. We had however had an ultra sound before this and the consultant took £150 off the bill then because he wouldn't do the injection until she had an MRI and then after the MRI we were told it was still £350 even though clearly a guided injection is £150 as that is what they took off the last bill. Over inflated prices which dont make a lot of sense. We wouldn't recommend them as only seem to be interested in making as muxh money as possible.
